Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve assembly and enlarge an area of magnetic flux path for increasing attraction force with low current consumption by constituting the magnetic path with a single permanent magnet and constructing the magnet by laminating various parts. CONSTITUTION:On the upper surface of an rectangular flat permanent magnet 11 a similarly shaped yoke 11 is connected, while on the under surface the yokes 12 in the shape of a rectangle lacking one side are connected. The yokes 12 are facing each other with a predetermined gap left therebetween. Both ends undersurfaces of a bar-shaped iron core wound about with a coil 14 are bridged over the uppersurfaces of the yokes 12 keeping the uppersurface of the iron core 13 and the uppersurface of the yoke 11 almost on the same level. In this way each component can be assembled by all laminating up-and-downward thus making the assembly extremely simple and along therewith the permanent magnet 10, the yokes 11 and 12 and the iron core are joint on the respective upper-and-undersurfaces so that the magnetic flux path area can be enlarged even how thin these are made.
