Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the stability of the attraction of a yoke to an armature of an electromagnet device and the quality of the device by forming a plurality of recessed grooves at the attracting part of the armature to the yoke forming a magnetic circuit with the yoke. CONSTITUTION:One piece of a yoke 1 is inserted into a coil block 8 in which a coil 5 is wound. A rectangular parallelepiped-shaped permanent magnet 2 is arranged on the center piece of the yoke 1. An armature 3 froms a magnetic circuit with the yoke 1 via the magnetic flux of the permanent magnet 2, and is attracted to the end faces of both pieces of the yoke 1. Many triangular grooves are formed at the attracting part of the armature 3 with the yoke 1 and hence the attracting part 6 of the projection 12 of the armature 3.
