Abstract
PURPOSE:To move an optical system in three axial directions with simple constitution by providing coils, crossing one another at right angles, in a magnetic gap formed by arranging four permanent magnets, sandwiched between two yokes, with their magnetizing directions opposite. CONSTITUTION:On top and reverse surfaces of four permanent magnets 21- 24, yokes 25-32 are fixed with the opposite polarities to one another, thus forming a magnetic gap. To a coil holder 41, coils 33-36, 37-1-40-1, and 37-2-40-2 whose winding surfaces are at right angles are fixed in one body and arranged in the magnetic gap. Then, a lens holder which holds a condenser lens 1 is supported coaxially with the coil holder 41. When the Z-directional driving coils 33-36 are supplied with currents as shown by arrows, the coil holder 41 is displaced in a Z-axial direction. When X-axial and Y-axial coils 37 and 38, and 39 and 40 are fed with currents as shown by arrows, the coil holder 41 is displaced in respective axial directions. Thus, an optical system is moved in three axial directions with the simple constitution.
