Abstract

PURPOSE:To drive an optical system, i.e., an object to be driven in the triaxial direction, by unifying a cylindrical coil, a flat coil having the coiling face formed along the side face of said cylindrical coil and an object to be driven and then inserting this unified matter into a magnetic gap having a magnetic flux in the direction orthogonal to each element. CONSTITUTION:A square bobbin 22 is provided to a coil holder 21 set to a lens holder 20 that holds a condenser lens 1, and a Z-axis direction driving coil 23 is wound round the side face of the bobbin 22. The coil 23 is unified with the X- axis direction driving coils 24 and 25 having the coiling face formed along two side faces orthogonal to the coil 23 and the Y-axis directiondriving coils 26 and 27 together. These unified coils are put into a magnetic gap of a magnetic circuit comprising a permanent magnet 28 having the magnetic flux in the direction orthgonal to each coil element and yokes 29 and 30. Then the control current is supplied to each of the coils 23-27, and accordingly the lens 1 is driven by the driving force received in the triaxial direction orthogonal to the axes X, Y and Z respectively.
