CONSTITUTION:A magnetic circuit consisting of a magnet 5 and yokes 6 and 7 and another magnetic circuit consisting of a magnet 9 having different polarity with said magnet, and yokes 10 and 11 are arranged facing each other, and in their gaps coils 23 and 24 fixed in the center of a cylindrical body 21 equipped with an objective lens 22 are arranged. The coil 23 is fed with electricity as shown by an arrow A to move the cylindrical body 21 in a z-axis direction together with the coil 23, and the coil 24 is fed with electricity as shown by an arrow B to move the cylindrical body in a y-axis direction. At projection parts of the coils 23 and 24, coils 25-28 are arranged, and the coils 25 and 26 are fed with electricity as shown by an arrow C, and the coils 27 and 28 are also fed with electricity as shown by an arrow D, displacing the cylindrical body 21 in an x-axis direction.
