Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain high speed responsiveness, facilitate treatment of lead wires and make selection of arbitrary driving impedances possible by holding a thin-walled cylindrical magnetic material mounted with lenses in a bobbin having winding on the outside circumference by means of elastic bodies such as springs. CONSTITUTION:A thin-walled magnetic material 12 consisting of an Fe-Cr-Mo alloy is held oscillatably in the optical path direction by means of elastic holding bodies 14a-14d such as springs in a bobbin 10 made of plastics having windings 11 on the outside circumference. The material 12 has lenses 13a, 13b on both end faces and is magnetized in the optical path direction. Thereby, high speed responsiveness is obtained, the treatment of lead wires is made simple and the selection of arbitrary driving impedances is made possible.
