Abstract

PURPOSE:To exclude the galvanometer of an optical system, by supporting an object lens with a plate spring twisted vertically and then shifting the lens by a driving device. CONSTITUTION:An object lend 1 is fixed to a plate spring 3 which is twisted vertically to each other at its middle part, and both ends of the spring 3 are fixed at rotary shaft 4. As a result, the lens 1 can move freely both in the direction of the optical axis and the tracking direction vertical to the optical axis. The driving force is obtained in the direction of the optical axis by a voice coil 6 and a circular magnet 7 and in the direction vertical to the optical axis by a coil wound round a square yoke 11 and a magnet 10. The rotational torque functions to a plate spring gives the rotational torque to the plate spring at the other end. As a result, the lens 1 never tilts and moves laterally in parallel.
