CONSTITUTION: Together with stator E1 with two magnetic poles 52 and 53 opposing to each other at an interval, rotator E2 which consists of N plate 58 and S plate 59 rotatable on axis 28 is provided between magnetic poles 52 and 53. Then, the supply of a DC current through the exciting coil of stator E1 forms magnetic poles N and S at magnetic poles 52 and 53, so that N plate 58 will be sucked by magnetic pole 53 and repulsed by magnetic pole 52. On the other hand, S plate 59 is sucked by magnetic pole 52 and also repulsed by magnetic pole 53. Thus, rotator E2 is fixed as shown by the figure.
