PURPOSE:To reduce the effective mass of a vibration system and to simplify the mass-production of coils by arranging two magnets with yoke sides equal in polarity and by allowing magnetic flux passing through yoke sides of magnets to reach coils through yokes. CONSTITUTION:To the base terminal of cantilever 1, coils 31 and 32 are fitted and at position close to those coils, two magnets 51 and 52 with interposing yoke 6 projecting in the direction of coils are arranged with magnetizing directions in parallel to cantilever 1. Then, yoke 6 sides of magnets 51 and 52 are equalized in polarity to make magnetic flux, passing through yoke sides of magnets, reach coils 31 and 32 through yoke 6. Consequently, the mass-production of coils is simplified and the effective mass of the vibration system can be reduced.
