PURPOSE:To maintain excellent real-time characteristics by transferring data from the memory of an actual-operation side computer to that of the stand-by side one by a doubling control part on the basis of an equivalency request signal when data used by two computers in common is written by an equivalency program. CONSTITUTION:In the memories of computers 1 and 2 which use an I/O equipment 6 in common, pieces of information are stored in the order of an I/O control program, a data base, and an equivalency request program from a smaller address number, and access to data utilized by either computer in common during actual operation is attained through an equivalency request program. When the said data is written by the equivalency request program, an equivalency request signal is sent to a doubling control part 3, which switches an input-output bus switch 5 on the basis of the said request signal to transfer the written data from the memory of one actual-operation side computer to that of the other stand-by side computer.
