Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the irregularity the operation delaying time of a logic circuit by forming the emitter resistor of an emitter follower in a CML gate of a partial resistor and altering the pattern of connecting wire, thereby varying the current. CONSTITUTION:The emitter resistor inserted between the output terminal 10 of an emitter follower of a CML gate and an emitter voltage supply terminal 11 is formed, for example, of partial resistors 6A-6C connected in series with each other or independent resistors 6alpha-6gamma. Terminals 12A-12C led from the respective partial resistors or terminals 12alpha-12gamma are partly or entirely connected in parallel with a terminal 13. This connection is so set as to become adequate emitter resistance value responsive to the capacity value of the output terminal 11 by altering the wiring pattern. In this manner the current of the emitter follower can be altered, and the iregularity of the operation delaying time can be reduced. The trouble in designing logic theory can be eliminated.
