Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the transmission of the voltage noise which is caused by a power supply wiring of another logical circuit to a current switch type logical circuit, by realizing a separation between the power supply wiring of the current switch type logical circuit and that of a logical circuit by installing the different electrodes. CONSTITUTION:The current changes caused in the upper and lower power supply wirings when the state of output of a transistor/transistor logical circuit 14 varies are referred to as I3 and I4, respectively; and wiring impedances 23 and 24 of the upper and lower power supply parts are referred to as Z3 and Z4 each. Thus the voltage noises of the upper and lower power supply wirings are set as I3Z3 and I4Z4, respectively. In this case, the power supply wiring of a current switch type logical circuit 12 is separated from that of the circuit 14, and accordingly, the voltage noise is not transmitted to the circuit 12. The voltage noise is caused only in the power supply wiring of the circuit 14 which has a large margin of noise and is stable to the voltage noise.
