Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve productivity and reliability and to improve radiant effect and space occupancy rate in a slot, by a method wherein a shaft and an iron core are united with resins and earth insulation is applied to the inner wall of the slot by epoxy group powder painting. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 1 and a laminated iron core 3 are arranged in a mold to unite them by pouring an unsaturated polyester group forming material containing glass fiber 2 in the mold. Next, after forming an earth insulaing layer by applying epoxy group or polyester group powder painting insulation to the slot inner wall of the laminated iron core 3, a coil is wound in the slot. In this way, the slackness of the laminated iron core 3 is eliminated and a cutting treatment process can be omitted and furthermore, enhancement in radiant effect and the improvement in space factor can be achieved because a film is not used for earth insulation.
