Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the resource economy and improve the reliability by a method wherein high strength textile material is wound around adhering closely to the inner and outer circumference of a blank coil formed by winding an insulated wire without layer sheets and a molded resin layer is formed with molding resin containing inorganic fillers. CONSTITUTION:A wire 1 with an insulation layer 8 is wound without layer sheets to form a blank coil, Then a tape or like of high strength textile material such as glass yarn is wound around so as to adhere closely to the inner and outer circumference of the blank coil to form an insulation layer 6. Then above insulated coil is impregnated and molded in vacuum with resin containing powdered inorganic fillers such as mica or alumina in a forming frame such as a metallic die or a resin die and a molded resin layer 7 is formed. With this constitution, the composition which requires smaller amount of materials can be obtained and the security against an accident in an emergency during the operation can be improved and the reliability for the long term performance can be also improved.
