Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate fixing operation for core members which requires welding etc., by firstly laminating the core members and providing a winding about them after makeshift fixing is effected for them by means of a channel insulator, and further, integrally molding them with molding-resin after correcting the core-size by putting them into a metal mold.
CONSTITUTION: Stator core-members 9 are laminated and a channel insulator 2 is inserted into the slot thereof to effect makeshift fixing for them to form a stator core 8. Then, it is put into a metal mold after being wound with a winding to correct the core-size, and molding-resin is introduced therein to integrally mold the stator core and the stator winding. Thus, the fixing operation usually effected by welding or wedge-binding after the lamination of the core-members 9 can be made unnecessary, and moreover, products with good accuracy can be obtained.
