Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable the exhaustion of rotary blower to low pressure with low power, by providing an air ejector at the pre-stage of the rotary blower and supplying the atmosphere as it is to the air ejector.
CONSTITUTION: An air ejector 8 is provided at the suction side of an exhauster employing a single or double stage wet or dry rotary blower, then the exhaust line 1 from the system to be exhausted is first connected to the air ejector 8 to perform the exhaustion while the delivery port of the air ejector 8 is connected to the suction port of the rotary blower at first stage. Since the air ejector 8 is driven by supplying the atmosphere as it is through a drive air port and a valve 9, it requires no special driving force. Consequently it can exhaust with considerable speed under the suction pressure lower than the critical pressure.
