Abstract
PURPOSE: To make a vaccum pump device more simple and functional by connecting the air-liquid separator to the nozzle of ejector with piping for the gas to make direct drive as well as providing a liquid drop separator on the air supply line.
CONSTITUTION: The ejector 4 is in communication with the gas separator 6 by a piping 10 for the air to make direct drive and a liquid drop separator 16 is provided on the way of this air piping 10. There, liquid drops included in the air extracted out of the air-liquid separator 6, are removed by the liquid drop separator 16 and the gas including no liquid drops is supplied to the ejector 4 as a driving gas. Accordingly, the ejector 4 can be driven in high performance by utilizing the air procured at the air-liquid separator 6 - no need to take in the atmosphere for the driving air -, which ensures simplified construction as well as excellency in the function.
