Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the discharge responsiveness, discharge efficiency, and the discharge stability by a system wherein a recording liquid is fluidized within a liquid chamber for removing the unnecessary air bubble developed within the liquid chamber to discharge from the discharge orifice provided for the recording head. CONSTITUTION:A storage tank 8 recovers the recording liquid by passing through a recovery tube 7 from the branched flow-way 5 for developing the normal flow of recording liquid within a liquid chamber 3. This enables a fine air bubble excluding air bubble acting directly on the liquid drop discharge (a pulse air bubble developed as the motive power of liquid drop discharge is not disappeared and remained, and bubbles grown from the gas dissolving in the liquid) and the air bubble 9 developed and moved to the direction reversed to the discharge direction of the liquid drop within the liquid chamber 3 to remove from the liquid chamber 3.
