Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable to transport capsules with a smaller output blower for transport at lower expense for power in case ascendingly inclined portions exist in a tube way by controlling a transport system so that the constant sets of capsules are existing always in the inclined tube way.
CONSTITUTION: An ejecting pipe 8A of a blower 7A for transporting capsules is connected at a beginning end portion A of a transporting tube way 1 having an ascendingly inclined tube way 2 at its terminating portion side, also, a discharge port 6 is provided at lower portion B of the tube way 2 and a suction blower 9c is provided at an upper end portion of the tube way 2 through a pipe 10. Proper flow quantities of air required from respective velocities of the capsules 3, 5 in the tube ways 2, 4 are Vs>Vu, therefore, q=Vs-Vu is discharged from the discharge port 6. Running of the capsule 3 in the tube way 2 is effected by the suction blower 9c sucking at a magnitude ΔPcu + ΔPaz of pressure. Accordingly, capacity of the suction blower 9c is enough only to sutisfy compensation for the loss from the tube way 6, therefore, the small output thereof will do it sufficiently.
