Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a power resin film with a desired thickness on an inner surface of a preheated metal pipe in good efficiency by directly sucking a powder resin from a fluidized tank to coat the inner surface of the metal pipe.
CONSTITUTION: A metal pipe 1 is supported at both ends thereof by rotary supports 4a, 4b and an introducing pipe 2 is connected to the rotary support 4a. To other end of the introducing pipe 2, an open air introducing valve 6 is attached and a suction pipe 5 is connected on the way of said pipe 2 and other end of said pipe 5 is inserted into the vicinity of a bottom in a fluidized tank 9. To the rotary support 4b, a discharge pipe 3 of which other end is connected to a cyclone 7 is connected and an exhaust pipe in the cyclone 7 is connected to a blower 8. High concn. powder resin held under a fluidized condition in the fluidized tank is directly sucked into a preheated metal pipe from said fluidized tank and, directly before a gun in a system is clogged with the powder resin, the above described sucking is stopped and, at the same time, only high speed air is sucked to remove the excessive powder resin.
