Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent paint element, oil mist and the like, generated in a painting work effected in a tightly closed chamber after a washing work, from discharging to the outside thereof by removing dust accompanied with a ventilating air-stream through a filter at the opning of a ventilator.
CONSTITUTION: An opening portion of a tightly closed chamber 1 is communicated with an exhausting device 11 through a duct 8, a dust-collector 9 and a duct 10, while the duct 8 and the duct 10 are connected by a bypass pipe 12 through switching device 13. During a washing work, dust in the tightly closed chamber 1 is accompanied with a ventilating air-stream streaming from the opening portion to the side of the dust-collector 9 through a suction chamber 7 and the duct 8 by the ventilating device 11 and is introduced into the dust-collector 9, and thus, is removed therewith. During a painting work, an opening portion 6 of the closed chamber 1 is covered by a filter 17 while the duct 10 is closed and the bypass pipe 12 is opened, and paint element, oil mist and the like are introduced to the filter 17 with the ventilating air-stream by the exhausting device 11 and are removed therewith, and thereby, introducing them into the dust-collector 9 may be prevented.
