Abstract

PURPOSE: To sanitarily remove dust without removal of a filter device by engaging a cage-like prefilter with a suction pipe fixed to a suction port and covering the opening of the prefilter with a cover having dust-removing ribs.
CONSTITUTION: Air flow from a suction port 10 flows through a suction pipe 11 into a prefilter 12, where coarse dust is caught and then finer dust is caught by a main filter 13. With a chord drawn off a chord reel 2, a transmission means functions for integral rotation of the main filter 13 and the prefilter 12. Each time the prefilter 12 rotates, the dust on the inside surface of the prefilter 12 is scraped by dustremoving ribs 24 close to the nside surface. This enables powerful cleaning and ensures easy separation of dust in dust discarding step.
