Abstract
PURPOSE: The easily portable air cleaner with high safety and compact construction, obtained by installing the air sucking port on the upper or side plane of the air cleaner so as to be connectable to the hood box, etc., and by installing the alarm mechanism.
CONSTITUTION: The cylindrical air sucking port 1 provided with the wire net 8 is installed on the upper surface, etc., of the air cleaner. The hose is fixed by the screw to the tapped hole 13 in the circumference of the air sucking port 1. The sucked air including noxious substance is passed through the bag filter to remove the dust; and after the noxious gas is removed by the synthetic zeolite, the air is exhausted from the air exhausting port 2 through the fan. The concentration of noxious gas in the exhaust gas is detected by the gas detector, and if the detected value exceeds the set value, the lamp 10 goes on and off informing of the time of exchange of the zeolite. The set value to be alarmed can be arbitrarily set by the set value variable knob 14. This air cleaner can be easily moved by the wheels 3.
