Abstract

PURPOSE: To make the pressure in a tank for storing powdered material nearly equal to the atmospheric pressure and to exhaust the powdered material without being scattered by a method wherein the air which has been supplied from a blower into the tank to fluidize the powdered material is returned again to the suction side of the blower and circulated.
CONSTITUTION: The tank 1 is inclined suitably by any driving means in order to exhaust powdered material stored therein. Then, the compressed air generated by the blower 8 is supplied into an air chamber 3 through a supply pipe 9 and this air, moreover, is introduced into a powdered material storing chamber 4 through a porous plate 2. Then, the powdered material A in the powdered material storing chamber 4 is fluidized and the fluidized powdered material A is exhausted from an exhaust port 7. Part of the air sent under pressure which has been blown up by the powdered material A is blown up to the upper portion of the storing chamber 4 with dust, is sucked to the suction side of the blower 8 through an exhaust port 6, a filter 10 and an air suction pipe 11 and is circulated again.
