Abstract

PURPOSE: To burn chaff continuously and stably without the scattering of coal dust, by supplying air from the inside to smoking chambers between the inner perforated wall and the outer tilted wall, feeding chaff from an inlet path with a rotating blade wheel, burning the chaff, and using floor walls for collecting and discharging chaff coal from above.
CONSTITUTION: The inner side perforated wall 2 and the outer tilted wall 3 are placed side by side in the interior of a box-like furnace body 1 to form a smoking chamber 4, and a similar smoking chamber 4' is provided oppositely with the left side and right side reversed. The tops of the inner perforated walls 2 and 2 are connected with a lid part 5 to form an air supply chamber 6, and an air supply port 7 provided therein is connected to an air blower apparatus 8. The bottom of the smoking chambers 4 and 4' are tilted inward, and the outer tilted walls 3 and 3 are exteded downward to form a chaff suuplying path 9. A chaff charging rotating blade wheel 10 provided at an important position, and the supplying path 9 is connected to a hopper 11 on the outside of the furnace body 1. Floor walls 17 consisting of perforated walls having blowing holes in the oblique upward direction are provided on the outside of the top coal discharging ports 15 and 15' on the smoking chamber 4 and 4' to collect and discharge the resultant chaff coal.
