【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は乾燥通路中を流下する籾に乾燥熱風を浴びせて
乾燥作業を営ませた際、粗生に混入した塵埃等が熱風室
内に配設した燃焼筒内へ舞い込んで燃焼され乍ら再び乾
燥通路へ噴き付けられて火災を発生させるのを確実に防
止し、もって籾乾燥作業を安全に遂行できる目的をもっ
た籾乾燥機に関する。

しめた燃焼筒の噴焔開口部より燃焼筒内に導入して燃焼
される許りか燃焼筒内で燃焼された塵埃や破砕粒等の一
部は噴焔作用で熱風室内に噴出され多孔壁に噴き当てら
れる現象を起し、その結果乾燥通路中を流下する籾に引
火して思わぬ火災を起す欠点があった。

燥機によれば、籾乾燥作業時に、乾燥通路に沿い繰出し
部に向は流下される粗生に混入した塵埃や破砕粒の一部
が、例え多孔壁を通して熱風室内に進入する事態が生じ
ても、熱風室を菱形に形成したことにより燃焼筒の噴焔
口を極力多孔壁よりも上位置にならしめ、該塵埃や破砕
粒の一部を決して噴焔口より燃焼筒内に進入するのを確
実に防止し、この種の籾乾燥機の如く、熱風室内に進入
した塵埃や破砕粒の一部が噴焔口より燃焼筒内に舞い込
んで燃焼された後、火粉となって乾燥通路中の籾に浴び
せられ火災発生を起す事故を未然に防ぎ、もって何時で
も安全な状態の下で籾乾燥作業を容易に行うことができ
る効果を奏する。
