Abstract

PURPOSE: To dry up the inside of a compressing device and an electric motor by one action without providing a drying pipe in a compressor by connecting a supply pipe of dry air to a refrigerant-suction port of the compressor.
CONSTITUTION: A dry air supply pipe 3 is connected to a refrigerant-suction port 9 of a compressor 7. When dry air is supplied through the supply pipe 3, it is introduced into a compressing device 10 through the refrigerant-suction port 9 and a suction cup 8, and discharged through a discharged port 10c after drying up the inside of the compressing device 10. The discharge dry air is conducted through the gap between a stator 11a, a rotor 11b, and a winding 11c of an electric motor 11, and exhausted to the outside through a refrigerant exhaust pipe 12. In this construction, the inside of the compressing device 10 and the electric motor 11 can be dried up by one action without providing a drying pipe on the compressor 7.
