PURPOSE:To realize a stable transmission without loweing the driving capacity of a transmitting circuit on a transmission line, by installing a terminating circuit that contains a detecting circuit to detect the voltage level on the transmission line and an output circuit to deliver the optional voltage by the discriminating signal. CONSTITUTION:When the level of an input terminal 402 is changed to 1 from 0 for a transmitting circuit 1000 in which the level of an output terminal 403 is at 0, three transmitting circuits added on a transmission line 1 have a high impedance respectively.
