Abstract
PURPOSE:To enhance the mode decision precision, by delaying the detection output of the sound subcarrier wave through the integrating circuit. CONSTITUTION:The detection output of sound subcarrier wave fS, the detection output of a weak electric field, and stereo pilot signal QS are input to terminals (a), (b), and (c) respectively. The output which becomes low-level only for a different mode is output to terminal (d). In the different mode, transistor 7 is turned on. Resistance 16 and capacity 17 have a sufficiently large time constant, and the rise of the pulse is made slow by the position of pin 9 to prevent LED10 from being lit rapidly. Consequently, since variance of detections of sound subcarrier wave fS, signal QS and the weak electric field is compensated by the integrating circuit due to resistance 16 and capacity 17, LED10 is not line erroneously.
