Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a photoelectric detector which is simple, lightweight, and easy to adjust and handle, by discriminating whether the video signal is within the appropriately specified upper and lower levels in a certain scanning period of video signal, and displaying by means of a display element. CONSTITUTION:Two 4-bit binary counters C1, C2 are provided: C1 counts clock pulses D, and C2 counts the carry signals of C1. Each terminal of decoders D1, D2 is connected to an AND circuit AND through selector switches S1, S2, respectively, and the outputs thereof are connected to the input terminals on one side of two NAND gates NA1, NA2. Level comparator circuits L1, L2 compare V of the video signal with the reference levels 1, 2, and a signal is outputted when the video signal exceeds each level. That is, when the video signal is above level 1, both LEDs d1 and d2 are lit, and when it is below level 2, neither LED lights up. Thus, a simple, lightweight, and easy-to-adjust photoelectric detector may be obtained.
