Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the positioning accuracy between sensors and an image formation system by providing the plural pieces of titled reader in proportion to the number of wavelengths for reading out a compound-eye optical system formed by zone plates used as a reading optical system. CONSTITUTION:To accomplish positioning between thin film sensors 171, 172, 173- and zone plates 151, 152, 153- at an accuracy of 10-20mu, a basic positioning pattern obtained from the same mask is applied to the surface of a transparent substrate 19 coated with the thin film sensors 171, 172, 173- and on the surface of a transparent substrate 18 coated with the zone plates 151, 152, 153- by the photoetching method. Consequently it is unnecessary to adjust individual image formation element for individual sensors and a united image formation system for a united sensor group can be easily adjusted with high accuracy.
