Abstract

PURPOSE:To satisfy severe alignment accuracy for a sensor and an image forming system and to make the device suitable for mass-production, by using a zone plate as an image forming optical system which forms image information on the sensor. CONSTITUTION:Thin film sensors 171-173 are provided on a transparent base 19, and zone plates 151-153 are provided on a transparent base 18. Parts 141-143 of video information drawn on an original 5 are formed as a part of image of an original 5 on the sensors 171-173 via the plates 151-153. With this consitution, to make highly accurate alignment for the sensors 171-173 and the plates 151-153, the reference pattern for alignment obtained from the same mask on the base plates 18,19 is provided with th photo etching method. Thus, the adjustment of individual image forming element is made unnecessary and incorporated image forming system to incorporated sensors is aligned easily with high accuracy.
