R1 is an aryl group which may be substituted. R2 and R3 are hydrogen atoms or an alkyl or aryl group which may be substituted. (n) is 0 or 1.) and a bonding agent are dissolved in a solvent is applied to form an electric charge transferring layer. As an electric charge generating substance to be used for an electric charge generating layer, selenium, amorphous silicon, pyrylium dye and pigment such as phthalocyanine are sued.
