Information to select addresses generated in address parts 21 and 22 is generated in a selecting information generating part 23, and start addresses of the address part 21 and 22 are selected by a selecting gate 24. Respective start addresses selected by the gate 24 are stored temporarily in a buffer register 25, and the output of the register 25 is set to a microprogram address register 3 through a gate 8, thus simplifying the generation of programs.
