Abstract

PURPOSE:To measure simply and without contact and in real time the amount of movement by reading by means of a reading light a spectrum pattern of a space modulation device that was double-exposed by the reflection light from an object to be measured and applying Fourier conversion to detect Cross-Wiener spectrum.
