Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable to reduce the torque ripple of the subject stator coil by a method wherein the interlinking amount of magnetic flux of each phase is equalized by changing the number of turns of the sheet-coil pattern conductor of each phase, the length of pattern conductor of each phase is varied, the amount of magnetic flux interlinkage of each phase is equalized, and the counter electromotive voltage of coils of each phase is equalized. CONSTITUTION:Sheet coils 20, 20' and 20''' have U, V and W phases respectively, the number of turns of pattern conductor per pole, having a plane face on one side, is in the relations of N1<N2<N3, and each phase is laminated and fixed successively by shifting 2/3pi in electric angle each time. As regards the number of turns of N1, N2 and N3 of each phase, the value of counter electromotive voltage generating at the sheet coil end of each phase can be equalized by obtaining the value with which the interlinking amount with the magnetic flux of the fixed position of each phase will be qualized in accordance with the distribution of magnetic field intensity in the electromagnetic part of the motor. Accordingly, the generated torque between each phase can be equalized, and the amount of its ripple can also be reduced.
