Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable a highly accurate combined weighing by setting the time of feeding article to a weighing machine in such a manner as to be initially allowed for a certain variance and later, shifted in sequence as set for each feeder. CONSTITUTION:The time of feeding article to a weighing machine from each feeder is set initially allowed for a certain variance and later the time set for each feeder is shifted in sequence at a fixed refrequency of weighing or at intervals of a fixed time. The quantity of feeding article per unit time is divided almost equally among the feeders by equalizing total feeding time by the feeders. This allows a proper variance for the weight of article on individual weighing machines corresponding to a time lag in the feeding. For example, article to be fed on a dispersion table 1 is fed to a feed trough 3 with an electromagnetic vibrator 2 and then, dumped into a pool hopper 14 from the tip thereof. The article is further charged into a weighing hopper 15 and when the pool hopper is emptied, the trough 3 vibrates by a timer provided on each trough.
