Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A pellet 11 is fixed on a substrate 7 by adhesive 12. In this case, a pedestal 10 on which the pellet 11 is fixed is formed in such a manner that its dimension is some mm. larger than that of the pellet 11 and its upper surface is elevated by some mm. from that of the substrate 7. With this constitution, even if the adhesive 12 is applied too much, the excess adhesive flows down from the edge of the pedestal 10 and the required thickness of the adhesive is kept on the upper surface of the pedestal.
