Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent flow-in of a failure current to a magnetic bubble memory element, by constituting a power supply monitor circuit so as to output a control effective signal for the power supply when an oscillator output is normal. CONSTITUTION:When a power supply is applied, an output Q of a D-FF circuit 1 is at L with a reset signal S3, a power supply control effective signal S4 goes to L level, and a power supply monitor circuit is made ineffective. Next, when a power supply voltage is normal and a power supply detecting signal S1 goes to H, since an output Q of the circuit 1 is unchanged until an oscillator output signal S2 is outputted, the signal S4 remains L level. When the signal S2 is generated, since the output Q of the circuit 1 goes to H through the detection of the signal S1, the signal S4 goes to H. Further, on power supply failure, the signal S1 goes to L and also the signal S4 goes to L, allowing to avoid the time delay of the output Q of the circuit 1 from being outputted to the signal S4.
