Abstract

PURPOSE:To stabilize the operation at the time of sudden change of load by changing the discharge of the liquid to be supplied to an evaporating drum more slowly than the change of the amount of gas discharged from the evaporating drum by means of a delay element provided on a feed-forward signal line. CONSTITUTION:When load is suddenly and greatly reduced at the steady state of the load, outputs of a delay element 23 and a realy 23, feed-forward signals, are greatly reduced, and thereby, set values of an inlet supply liquid discharge regulation meter 13 and a heat medium discharge regulation meter 34 are reduced in accordance with the reduction of load. Consequently, opening degrees of an inlet supply liquid discharge regulator valve 14 and a heat medium discharge regulator valve 35 are reduced, and discharges of inlet supply liquid and heat medium are both reduced greatly. Therefore, the drum pressure is restrained from the inclination of increase at the time of sudden reduction of load.
