PURPOSE:To prevent the sharp fluctuation in the pressure of a fluid line for supplying a fluid through a pressure reducing valve, a control valve or the like, by installing a pressure detector upstream to a stop valve provided downstream to the former valve. CONSTITUTION:A bleeder pipe 2 extending from a steam turbine and an auxiliary steam pipe 5 provided with a pressure reducing valve 3 and a stop valve 14 are connected to a deaerator 1. A pressure detector 6 for the pressure reducing valve 3 is installed upstream to the stop valve 14. When the equipment is to be started, the stop valve 14 is slightly opened for a prescribed time to restrict the quantity of supplied steam depending on the degree of opening of the stop valve. As a result, auxiliary steam from the auxiliary steam pipe 5 is not drastically and much consumed, the pressure fluctuation in the auxiliary steam line and the abnormal pressure rise and flooding in the deaerator 1 are avoided. Therefore, stable operation is enabled.
