Abstract
PURPOSE:To keep pressure constant in the constant pressure control device of a gas supplying part, by controlling the opening of a valve, which is connected to the outlet, by the output signal from a pressure adjuster and adjusting the opening of the valve by the pressure fluctuation in the laod side. CONSTITUTION:The gaseous pressure in a header 20 due to the change of the quantity of gas generated in an electrolytic cell 10 is controlled to a pressure, which is set by a pressure set signal S2, by a valve 30, and the control region where the opening of the valve 30 is changed is based on a set signal S7. A pressure set signal S8 for a pressure signal S4 related to the inlet pressure of a discharge gas blower 50 is obtained from a valve opening adjuster 5, and a return flow rate adjusting valve 60 is controlled on a basis of these signals. In case of a fluctuation in a user side 80, this fluctuation becomes a fluctuation of the inlet pressure of the discharge gas blower 50, and the signal S4 is changed to control the return flow rate adjusting valve 60. Thus, the valve 30 is controlled with differential pressure without changing the opening considerably and is controlled optimally against the fluctuation, thus keeping the gaseous pressure in the header 20 constant.
