Abstract

Pneumatic powder supply installation, wherein an injector (6) and the lower orifice of a supply conduit (8) form a valve (6, 8) opening or closing such conduit. A metering valve (30) is provided on the supply conduit, close to its outlet (4, 6) from the container (4) it is controlled by the pressure (31) prevailing in the conduit (29). It is thus possible to provide for a fine setting of the powder flow rate on a large scale, even when the powder flows with difficulty and/or tends to agglomerate, a sudden stop (14) of the supply, an immediate sweeping of the conduit (8), or a low power restarting of the supply (11/6,8).
