Abstract

PURPOSE:To keep the flow rate of fuel gas supplied at more than a minimum value by generating a minimum output signal according to the output signal of a pressure sensor in a flow rate control valve for fuel gas. CONSTITUTION:When a drive signal is supplied from a drive circuit 8, a valve body 1 goes down against a spring 7 to enlarge the opening area of a port 5, whereupon the pressure of gas inside an outlet pathway 4 is controlled and detected by a pressure sensor 6. The output signal of the sensor 6 is supplied to a minumum setting control circuit 10 and a maximum setting control circuit 11. When the set value is set to very low value and thereby the pressure inside the pathway 4 becomes lower than a given minimum value, the circuit 10 gives a drive signal necessary for maintaining the pressure at a minimum value to an actuator 2.
