Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a main valve body from generating hunching and to obtain a valve generating no oscillation by opening a control fluid inlet port on a control pressure room through a diaphragm and setting up a time constant determined by the capacity of the control pressure room and the area of the diaphragm to a value more than an hunching period. CONSTITUTION:The pressure of a feedback room 18 is varied in accordance with variation in the pressure of a secondary side room 5 and a pressure wave with a period Tf is formed. A control driving member 16 is affected by the pressure wave and allows the main valve body 8 to oscillate. Thereby, it is necessary to remove the pressure variation of the room 18. When the capacity of a control pressure room 19 is reduced, a spring constant can be increased. When the spring constant is increased, the variation of the member 16 is reduced even when feedback pressure is varied. Oscillation can be converged and stopped by setting up the capacity of the room 19 so that the time constant of the room 19 determined by its relation with the area of a diaphragm is more than the period of variation in feedback pressure, i.e. a hunching period, and the capacity can be reduced as small as possible.
