Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of hunching continuing self-oscillation by leading discharged fluid into a pilot valve part so that backing pressure against pressure due to feedback fluid is formed. CONSTITUTION:When the pressure of a secondary side room 5 is a prescribed pressure or less, a pilot driving member 16 presses a valve body 14 to a seat 13 by the force of a driving means 17 and holds a port 12 at a closed state. Thereby, a driving member 10 is pressed by the pressure of a diaphragm room 14, a main valve body 8 is separated and a seat is opened. Therefore, fluid is allowed to flow into the room 5 and the pressure is increased. When the pressure of the room 5 reaches a prescribed value, the member 16 is driven against the force of the means 17, the valve body 14 is moved and the port 12 is opened. Thereby, the fluid in the room 7 is discharged to the outside through a spring room 19, the member 10 is restored and the main valve 8 closes the seat 6. The discharged fluid led into the spring room 19 through a discharge route 28 acts on the pressure of the fluid in a feedback room 23 as backing pressure.
