Claims (1)
する流路中に弁座を備えた弁本体と、上記弁座を
出口ポート側から開閉するポペツト弁体、該ポペ
ツト弁体を駆動するピストンで区画された圧力室
、及び上記ポペツト弁体を弁座に当接させるシー
トスプリングを備え、かつ上記弁本体に組付けら
れた駆動部よりなり、上記圧力室に給排されるパ
イロツト流体の作用力と上記シートスプリングの
付勢力の大小によつてポペツト弁体が弁座を開閉
する流体制御弁において、 上記駆動部を、弁本体への組付け時には上記ピ
ストンとの間に間隙を有し、弁本体との分離時に
は上記ピストンに係止する止め輪によつてサブア
