Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an ideal flow rate characteristic by regulating the flow rate of a pressurized fluid to be introduced into a pressure chamber from a primary side through a pilot valve, by means of a flow regulating part, whose sectional area of a path can be regulated according to the magnitude of a pressure difference between the primary side and a secondary side. CONSTITUTION:When a pressure reducing valve is used in the condition of a large reduction ratio, it is used while the sectional area of the path of the flow regulating part 31 is made small, and when the reduction ratio is small, it is used while the sectional area of the path of the flow regulating part 31 is made large. Accordingly, the flow rate of the pressurized fluid to be introduced into the pressure chamber through the pilot valve 4 comes small when the reduction ratio is large, and it comes large when the reduction ratio is small. Namely, since the flow rate comes small in the use condition of the large reduction ratio easy to cause a chattering phenomenon, a chattering preventing action is generated, and since the flow rate comes large in the use condition of the small reduction ratio difficult to cause the chattering phenomenon, the fall of an action responsibility of a piston is prevented. Thus, the deterioration of the flow rate characteristic of a main valve 3 is prevented.
