Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable opening to be automatically and steplessly adjusted in accordance with the pressure of the pressurized fluid to be worked on a control member by making a pressurized-fluid introducing passage larger than a dicharge passage in diameter.
CONSTITUTION: An introducing passage 18 is larger than a discharge passage 9 in diameter. A larger quantity of pressurized air than that released into the atmosphere through the passage 9 is fed to a bellows 16 constituting a control member 16. When the pressure of a pressure chamber has risen to the set value thereof, a valve body 12 comes closest to a valve seat surface and to have minimum opening. The pressurized air enclosed in the chamber is released into the atmosphere through a discharge duct 32 and a discharge port 8 while gradually reduced in pressure. In the meanwhile, the bellows 16 shrinks and the valve body 12 pushed by an adjusting spring 15 gradually increases the effective area of the passage 9 and gradually increases in opening in accordance with the reduction in pressure so that the discharge rate per unit time becomes constant.
