Abstract

PURPOSE: To remove an adsorbed object readily and easily by rotating a turning shaft fixed on the end of a regulation valve to regulate the amount of fluid as required to be fed in accordance with the size of an adsorptive pad.
CONSTITUTION: Compressed air is fed from a supply port 25 in connection to a compressor, rushed out to an ejector nozzle 32 through a blast port 28 from a nozzle 31 by a solenoid 26 in work, and absorbed through a suction pipe 35. Resulting negative pressure in an adsorptive pad 36 adsorbs an object b. Simultaneously high pressure air is fed into a seperate chamber B and a piston 7 is moved to the left to keep a valve body 6 off from a valve seat 3. Once the solenoid 26 is deactuated, an opening and closing valve 27 is restored to open a valve port 4. As the opening stops suction of an air ejector pump 30, the valve body 6 is shifted with a flow- rate-regulator 10 regulating the piston 7 to push air in the seperate chamber B out. During the operation, compressed air is fed into the adsorptive pad 32 through a clearance a to break vacuum. This may provide easy and ready removement of the adsorptive object b.
